Is the item I want in stock? - Most items are stock and can be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Those items are ordered upon customer request will be dispatched about 2 weeks. Please contact us if you wish to check.


What is the returns policy? - 15 days. We refund the amount paid for the item, delivery charges are not refundable. If you require a different size, please return the item for a refund and process a new order and payment for the correct size.


Do you have a retail shop? – We have a retail store and a distribution center in Sweden, as we as an office and a warehouse in Hong Kong, China.     


Can I pick up my order from your warehouse? – Customers may collect their orders in person in Sweden upon an advanced appointment. While customers in China can only receive their orders by mail.


I live in the EU, will the VAT included in my order? - All our prices are excluding VAT, however, if your location is in EU, the VAT (25%) will automatically be added from the total amount when you check-out. For companies in EU, please provide the company’s business information and VAT number by email so we can validate the information and apply VAT deduction for your purchase(s).


What payment options are available?  - This web site has a Secure Paypal Checkout. If you choose Bank transfer, you shall receive our business bank account information by email, the order will be only processed upon a cleared payment in our bank account. We also have Cash On Delivery service (10Euro Handling fee will be added) if your delivery address is within Sweden.


You Commit to Buy only after you have added items to your Shopping Cart, then viewed, selected and accepted a Delivery Method and completed payment via the checkout. This enables you to view, amend and cancel before any payments are completed.


How long will it take for my order to be dispatched? - 1 to 2 business days for items in stock, and 2 to 3 weeks for items ordered upon customer's request.    

What are your Opening Hours? - Warehouse, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Customer Service department, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, We always respond to emails speedily.      

How much does delivery cost? - When you add an item to your Shopping Cart the delivery cost will auto calculate. When viewing your Shopping Cart please select your required Delivery Method and Delivery Country. The page will auto refresh and the delivery cost will be shown. When you add or remove items from your Shopping Cart Delivery Costs will update automatically.

How do you calculate the delivery cost? - We have a fair system that takes into account the weight of the goods, the likely package dimensions, your location and the delivery service you select.

What Delivery Companies / Couriers do you use? - If you live in EU, Post Office, 5 to 7 days delivery within EU. Please contact us for EXPRESS Service. The package could be sent out from Hong Kong or Sweden by Post/DHL/UPS if you live outside EU.


Do you offer Free Deliveries? - Yes, for order over 200Euro and delivery address is in EU mailland or UK 


What size should I order? - We strongly recommend that you use a tape measure to ascertain your accurate measurements.  Compare these to the size chart within the advert. If between sizes go for the larger. Please do not guess your size. Checking measurements often avoids wasting money on extra deliveries.   


What communication will I receive regarding my order? -  We use email to keep you informed about your order, providing you enter an email address when processing your order.


Can I contact for your Best Price – Our best prices are as advertised on this web site. We constantly review our prices so there is no need to contact.
